EXTRACTION KIT COMPARISON 2011

During my first year of graduate school I rotated with Janet Jansson and was tasked with determining the “best” extraction kit for their upcoming study of Crohn’s disease cohorts. Unfortunately, I didn’t end up publishing the results, but I did create this funky poster! I also presented the results at the BAGECO 2011 conference. See poster for more details on the project.
